Comparison & definitions
Yes — intelligent automation works on top of your existing systems.
We don’t ask you to throw away what works. We build on top of it.

In short
Intelligent Process Automation (IPA) connects to your existing ERP, CRM and other systems through APIs or dedicated connectors, without requiring you to replace them. The automation and AI decision layers sit on top of the infrastructure you already have, protecting the investment already made in your current systems.
- API connection to your existing ERP/CRM, no forced migration
- Investment in current systems stays protected
- Automation runs as an additional layer, not a replacement
- Full migration recommended only if the current system is limiting
How the automation actually connects
Most modern ERPs and CRMs expose standard APIs. We connect through those (or dedicated connectors for older systems) and build automations on top of your existing data, without touching the system’s internal structure.
When we still recommend a system change
There are rare cases where the current system is so limited or outdated that efficient automation becomes difficult. In these situations we tell you honestly — but it’s the exception, not the rule.
- System with no API or very limited integrations
- Inconsistent or programmatically inaccessible data
- Old system maintenance costs higher than automation benefit
What you gain by keeping your current systems
You avoid the cost and risk of a full migration, and your team keeps working in the interface it’s already used to — only now, many tasks resolve automatically.
